Grok Build v0.2.110 tightens developer workflows
The latest update to Grok Build adds safer extension management, better session recovery, and more resilient auto-compaction when authentication expires.
What changed
- Removing MCP servers, plugins, or hook sources from the Extensions modal now requires confirmation.
- Session creation failures, including disk-full cases, now surface an error instead of hanging.
- If auto-compact fails because a token expired, users can log in and retry the compact plus the original prompt automatically.
The quoted release notes from v0.2.109 also mention token-usage and cost visibility, shared gateway settings for custom models, a new max reasoning tier, and batching queued follow-ups into a single model turn.
