AI agents turn Obsidian metadata upkeep from a tax into a workflow

AI agents have changed the economics of metadata maintenance in Obsidian.
The author says keeping properties up to date used to feel like a tax, but now agents can fill them in, fix errors, and validate fields automatically. The twist is that clean metadata also makes AI much more effective inside the vault.
