Eternal says its AI-powered support product Nugget generated ₹7.2 crore in FY26, equal to 0.07% of company revenue on a standalone basis. The business also had a net worth of ₹10.54 crore as of 31 March 2026.
The company is transferring Nugget into a subsidiary as part of an internal restructuring exercise. The filing says the buyer is CTPL, Eternal’s wholly owned subsidiary, and the deal is an arm’s-length related-party transaction. The transaction is expected to close within 30 days of the BTA execution date.
