The “LLM wiki” pattern is spreading across agent teams
Karpathy’s April 2026 GitHub Gist coined the idea of an LLM Wiki. In the months since, four different teams independently shipped the same pattern without coordinating.
The post argues that this has become an emerging design pattern for agent systems: a shared, LLM-friendly knowledge layer that multiple teams converged on separately.
