TERSE is an Apache 2.0 licensed foundational AI state language designed to help AI work with semantic state using declarative style-constructs.
- Core Advantage: Instead of fiddling with files, grep, keystores, or multiple tool calls, AI simply declares arbitrary state in the TERSE format. Both mutation and query operations can run in parallel within a single call, eliminating token-eating REPL loops.
