Autodesk Fusion’s assistant turns a short text prompt into printable shims
The screenshot shows an Autodesk Fusion workflow where the assistant takes a simple request for two shims, one 8 mm tall and one 21 mm tall, both 50 mm wide and 30 mm deep. It then:
- generates the two CAD bodies,
- summarizes their dimensions in a table,
- and explains how to export them as STL or 3MF for printing.
The demo is notable because it turns a terse natural-language request into a usable 3D design output, with the taller 21 mm shim visible in the rendered preview.
