Anthropic Reaches $1.5B Settlement in Landmark AI Copyright Case

Anthropic has reached a $1.5 billion settlement with a group of authors who accused the company of misusing their books to train its Claude AI model, Reuters reported.
This is the largest known settlement of its kind to date, marking a milestone resolution in the ongoing legal battles over AI training data copyright.
