ChatGPT Usage Limits Refreshing So Fast Users Can't Keep Up

A Reddit user reports that OpenAI has been refreshing ChatGPT usage limits at an unusually high frequency, resetting them eight times in just under a week and a half.
The user complains that the limits are refreshing so fast that even with two computers running at full capacity, they have only managed to use 23% of their weekly allowance. In some cases, new refresh tokens overwrite old ones before they can even be used, prompting the user to take on more side projects to maximize the extra usage.
