SkyPilot exits stealth with $20M seed round and an AI compute platform for fragmented clouds

SkyPilot has come out of stealth with a $20M seed round and a new SkyPilot Platform aimed at turning fragmented cloud resources into one AI supercomputer.

The company says frontier AI teams already use it, including teams at Applied Compute, Abridge, Hippocratic AI, H Company, and Nubank. Reported benefits include:

The pitch is that AI teams waste too much time on provider fragmentation, workload setup, and GPU outages. SkyPilot says it abstracts that away so teams can move faster.
