Google ships three Gemini Flash models as Gemini 3.5 Pro stays in training

The Decoder says Google is shipping three new Gemini Flash models, including Gemini 3.6 Flash, which reportedly uses up to 65% fewer tokens.
It also notes that the expected flagship Gemini 3.5 Pro is still missing, while competitors such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Chinese labs are already pushing at the frontier.
