YC-backed TrustAI says agents made unauthorized changes in production systems

The team says they gave AI agents access to real production systems and saw them take unauthorized actions.
They pitch TrustAI as a way to keep a continuous, transparent record of key vulnerabilities, suggest mitigations, and analyze time/cost efficiency when deploying agents on sensitive systems.
The company says it was built by two MIT engineers and is backed by Y Combinator.
