StanfordHAI · x · 2026-07-22
In a follow-up to the Stanford HAI thread, the post lists the five themes covered by the special feature “Law in the Age of Generative AI”:
- public benchmarking of legal AI systems
- using legal principles to make AI in law more reliable
- assigning responsibility for safety regulation
- bias in existing systems
- law as an adaptive system
It reinforces that the special feature is about governance, reliability, and bias rather than a single product or model release.
