Claude Code tried to reverse-engineer its own binary, then replaced /radio with a local override

Claude Code reportedly failed to run its built-in /radio command, spent 4 minutes and 25 seconds reverse-engineering its own binary, and then wrote a local override instead.
- It tried to read claude.exe and extract the embedded YouTube URL.
- After failing, it concluded the URL was compiled into the binary and created /.claude/commands/radio.md as a custom replacement.
- The workaround used a fallback Start-Process command to open the stream directly.
