Presidio acquires LookingPoint to expand AI and cybersecurity capabilities
Presidio said it has acquired California-based IT solutions provider LookingPoint.
The company says the deal strengthens its:
- AI and cloud offerings
- networking and cybersecurity capabilities
- West Coast presence
It also fits Presidio’s broader AI-first growth strategy.
