Early Gemini 3.6 Flash outputs look fast but weak on frontend and spatial reasoning
max_paperclips · x · 2026-07-21
A leaked early look at Gemini 3.6 Flash shows the model ID gemini-3.6-flash-tiered appearing in Antigravity.
The shared examples suggest:
- Very fast output, but
- Poor frontend generation on the posted prompts,
- Weak spatial reasoning in the demo shown,
- The poster suspects it may not actually be running at the high-thinking level.
The screenshot attached shows a voxel-style world UI, used as part of the critique of its frontend capability.
