Grok Build adds `grok doctor`, resumable sessions and remote image paste

Grok Build rolled out a new release focused on developer workflow quality-of-life improvements.
- grok doctor can now diagnose terminal, tmux, clipboard, and keyboard issues without launching the TUI.
- Sessions now survive moving directories or switching machines.
- Image paste over Grok Wrap now works on headless remotes.
