A macOS app locker uses Apple Neural Engine for fully on-device face unlock

Someone built what appears to be the first face-unlock app locker for macOS. It uses Apple’s Neural Engine to recognize the user’s face entirely on-device, then lets them lock individual apps one by one on their Mac.
