Post-2023 art gets labeled the Slop Era in a tongue-in-cheek AI meme
0xAllen_ · x · 2026-07-21
The post jokes that art’s next major cultural era will be the "Slop Era," where everything before 2023 is retroactively seen as human and organic, while everything made from 2023 onward becomes "Post Slop" and undefined.
It ends with a tongue-in-cheek prediction that NFTs may get a second life once people start making that distinction.
