Claude Code desktop on Windows loses its Auto-fix CI toggle in 1.22209.0

A Windows regression in Anthropic’s Claude Code desktop app makes the “Auto-fix CI and address comments” checkbox a silent no-op starting in version 1.22209.0. The reporter shows logs proving the older version triggered LocalSessions.setAutoFixEnabled, while current builds never do, leaving autoFixEnabled stuck at null in session files.
