Codex App regression turns pasted diff snippets into Markdown and breaks formatting

When reviewing Codex-generated changes, copying and pasting diff snippets now gets auto-converted into Markdown, which breaks formatting.
- Reporter says the old behavior was plain-text paste, which worked well for code review context sharing.
- The issue appeared after Codex was converted to ChatGPT.
- Even pasting inside a fenced diff block does not preserve the raw text as expected.
- The request is either to revert the behavior or add a toggle to disable Markdown conversion.
