Andera raises $37M Series A to automate audit work with AI agents

Andera announced a $37M Series A led by Lightspeed, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Pear VC, and A Capital.
The company says it builds AI agents that automate manual audit work for Fortune 10 clients and major audit firms, turning weeks of testing into minutes. Andera frames the product as reasoning over messy evidence the way an experienced auditor would, arguing that audit tools have lagged behind the digitization of business.
