Alibaba’s ATH team is said to have shipped a real-time world model called Happy Oyster, now live on Reactor and exposed through an API.
The pitch is a fully AI-generated environment that can be explored or directed in real time: you walk through the world, change the story as it happens, and the system builds the environment on the fly—without a traditional game engine or polygons.
