Claude adds screen-reader mode with labeled turns, numbered menus, and alerts

Claude’s interface now supports accessibility-oriented output for screen readers.
- It adds labeled lines such as you:, claude:, and tool:.
- Responses can be presented as numbered menus, so users answer with a digit.
- A bell alerts the user when Claude needs input.
- The feature can be enabled with axScreenReader: true in /.claude/settings.json or via the CLAUDEAXSCREENREADER=1 environment variable.
