Good AI governance should ask what a system can access and do
The post says governance should answer four basic questions: what data a system can access, what it can infer, where the information may go, and what actions it is authorised to take.
It concludes that governance should not become a roadblock to innovation, echoing the earlier seat-belt analogy.
