NOOB-CLI is a Rust-built local AI CLI with skills, MCP, and multi-agent support

## NOOB-CLI: a lightweight local-model CLI built for agents and skills The author built NOOB-CLI after struggling with large agent harnesses such as opencode, Hermes, and OpenClaw, which were too slow and too heavy for local inference. The tool is written in Rust and designed to stay context-light while still supporting skill management, MCP, multi-agent concurrency, Docker isolation, and a built-in web-search skill. The author says it works end to end on a Strix Halo machine with Qwen 35B MoE via ROCm FP4, though plan mode and resizing still have some rough edges. They are open to contributors and forks.
