Google sits in the Leaders quadrant farthest to the right, with Salesforce also in Leaders. Kore.ai and SoundHound AI appear in the upper-right half, while IBM, NICE Cognigy, Omilia, PolyAI, Sprinklr, Avaamo, Druid AI, Yellow.ai, Netomi, and Boost.ai are spread across the Visionaries, Challengers, and Niche Players areas. The chart is useful as a snapshot of how Gartner is positioning the enterprise conversational AI market.
