Fluidstack raises $830M Series A to build massive AI compute infrastructure
Fluidstack says it closed an $830 million Series A in January at a $7.5 billion valuation, backed by investors including Situational Awareness, BlackRock, Google, and Jane Street.
The company says the money supports a $50 billion compute buildout for Anthropic and positions it to deploy compute at extreme scale.
The post argues the real bottleneck is no longer chips or capital alone, but how fast companies can physically build datacenter capacity, power, and labor at scale.
