Codex may soon replace a standalone browser in one AI user’s workflow

The author says they are close to not needing a standalone web browser anymore.
If they could pin browser tabs inside Codex, they believe they could retrain their workflows within a week. Their broader point is that agents are already doing more web work for them than they do themselves, and that the browser is becoming just another surface for agent-driven work.
