RealSense ships SDK v2.58.3 Beta with browser viewer, ROS 2 playback and on-chip person detection

RealSense announced SDK v2.58.3 Beta, adding several robotics and vision-focused features:
- ReactJS Web Viewer preview for viewing RealSense streams in the browser
- MIPI/GMSL RGB controls for more advanced camera control
- Enhanced on-chip NN person detection for faster, on-device detection
- Native ROS 2 playback of .db3 recordings for smoother ROS 2 workflows
