Pulse brings agentic payments live with inline USDC settlement over HTTP 402

Pulse says agentic payments are now live on its API.
- An agent can call the API with no account, API key, or signup, receive a 402 Payment Required response with terms, pay inline in USDC, and retry with proof.
- The flow settles over HTTP via the Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) in two round trips, with no invoice reconciliation.
