A new Skill routes Codex tasks across Grok, Kimi, and Claude through local CLI
vista8 · x · 2026-07-21
A new Skill lets Codex call different models through local CLI commands, so you can route tasks to the model that fits best.
The post says the workflow can combine multiple models in one request, for example:
- Kimi K3 for frontend work
- Grok 4.5 for search-heavy tasks
- Claude Opus 4.8 or GPT for design discussions and planning
It also includes an open-source install command: npx skills add joeseesun/qiaomu-model-cli.
