Tradeshift turns AWS Quick into an agentic analytics product

Tradeshift replaced its legacy in-house BI stack with Amazon Quick, an agentic AI workspace that connects to business data and applications.
- Quick powers three layers of analytics: embedded BI dashboards, conversational Q&A over operational data, and tiered self-service features such as custom dashboards and what-if modeling.
- The deployment was phased from a 2024 proof of concept to a full reporting app launched in June 2025; by August 2025, Quick also replaced internal BI tools with 98% adoption.
- Tradeshift says the move cut query latency from 45–90 seconds to under 3 seconds, reduced total cost of ownership by 40%, lowered infrastructure costs by 35%, and consolidated 30% of licensing spend.
- Operationally, manual CSV/Excel reporting dropped sharply, support tickets fell 80%, and embedded analytics generated additional ARR from premium reporting tiers.
