A short blueprint for becoming an AI-native company:
- Build a single MCP/API gateway so teams can connect models to internal systems.
- Create a company brain that combines static context such as company identity, guidelines, and product docs with hot context like meeting notes, emails, Slack, and active projects.
- Add a company harness that teaches AI how to interact with that brain and those systems.
- Onboard the team into that harness and let it improve from real work.
- Introduce a model-routing layer to evaluate tasks and send them to the right model at the right time, reducing vendor risk.
- Build autonomous agents on top of the harness.
