storeshots-mcp renders store screenshots locally via MCP
mtbenj1 · reddit · 2026-07-21
storeshots-mcp is an open-source MCP server that turns raw app screenshots into store-ready marketing images locally.
The project takes a screenshot as input and renders the final App Store / Google Play asset with device frames, a benefit-driven headline, and the right background and dimensions—without using AI image generation or external APIs. It supports five presets, including iPhone, Android, iPad Pro, Android tablet, and the Play Store feature graphic.
The author emphasizes deterministic rendering, offline operation, and locale-aware typography, including correct handling of Turkish and German casing. It works with any stdio MCP client such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Antigravity, and Zed.
