Kimi K3 one-shots a playable browser RPG
demian_ai · x · 2026-07-21
A developer claims Kimi K3 generated a fully playable browser RPG from just a two-sentence prompt, then iteratively refined it into a custom game called Charlie & the Token Factory.
The post emphasizes the agent workflow rather than raw prompting: one run produced a working game with exploration, battles, capture, progression, bosses, menus, saves, music, ending content, and 25K+ lines of TypeScript/React/CSS. Internally, Kimi reportedly spun up specialist agents for world building, battle logic, menus, data, UI/music, and QA. A browser-played verifier found a real starter-selection soft lock, the lead agent reproduced and fixed it, then re-ran verification. The author says the final result cost under $100 in model usage.
