Micron’s cash flow could fund massive buybacks
JOBhakdi · x · 2026-07-20
Micron ($MU) is described as sitting on a huge cash pile and expected to keep generating strong cash flow through 2028.
The post argues the market is undervaluing that outlook: despite roughly 7x forward P/E and earnings growing around 100% a year, UBS believes Micron could eventually buy back more than 40% of its shares once the buyback restriction ends in 2026. The author frames this as an “inverse bubble” where investors are not buying even though cash generation looks enormous.
