A Decision Log Maintenance Skill for Agent Workflows

A workflow skill for maintaining a strategic decision log.
It defines what belongs in the log: strategic tradeoffs, constraints, customer-facing choices, architecture decisions, dependency resolutions, scope reversals, and product direction shifts.
It also includes a routine prompt that tells the system to detect strategic events in the workspace, decide whether they qualify as log-worthy decisions, and append a structured entry using the maintenance procedure.
