At Interrupt, Coinbase Engineering Manager Evan Kormos shared how Coinbase’s developer support team built a self-improving agentic system on top of self-hosted LangSmith.
The talk is about an internal engineering workflow, not a consumer product: the team used LangSmith as the foundation for an agentic support system that can improve over time through feedback loops and operational use.
