DwarfStar adds micro-batching, multi-GPU, and Metal tensor parallelism

DwarfStar shipped a new version with a broad set of risky but significant changes: micro-batching, CUDA multi-device support, GLM5.2 integration, Metal tensor-parallel execution via RDMA, and speculative execution in DSpark, among other updates.
