Redbear AI raises a new round as AI memory becomes the next battleground

Redbear AI announced a new A+ round worth several hundred million RMB, valuing the company at nearly RMB 3 billion. It is the company’s 6th financing round since founding, and its valuation has risen from RMB 500 million in the Pre-A round to over RMB 1.5 billion in April 2026, and now close to RMB 3 billion.

The company, founded in April 2024 by serial entrepreneur Wen Deliang, focuses on giving AI long-term memory rather than just bigger parameter counts. Its core product, MemoryBear, uses a multi-layer memory stack inspired by ACT-R, the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve, semantic pruning, and a “3D self-reflection engine” to build working, short-term, long-term, and permanent memory.

Redbear also says it has built:

On the business side, the company says it serves 500+ enterprise customers, including multiple Fortune 500 firms, across finance, retail, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and internet sectors. It claims annual contract value has continued to rise, with ARR surpassing RMB 50 million and H1 2026 revenue exceeding all of 2025. Reported use cases include customer service, smart marketing, ChatBI, and education, where it says memory improves resolution rates, reduces manual work, and boosts satisfaction.
