RedBear AI, an AI memory-tech company, announced a new Series A+ round worth several hundred million RMB, valuing the company at nearly RMB 3 billion post-money.
Key details:
- The round was led by Zhejiang Jiwei Private Fund and Jiaxing Zhangyuan Venture Capital, with participation from existing investor Greifeng.
- This is the company’s 6th financing round in 15 months; valuation has grown from RMB 500 million in pre-A, to over RMB 1.5 billion in A, and now close to RMB 3 billion.
- Founder Wen Deliang previously worked at Alibaba Taobao marketing R&D and held executive/CTO/CIO roles at several companies.
- RedBear’s core product, MemoryBear, focuses on dynamic memory, semantic pruning, and self-reflection so AI can retain long-term memory and continue learning.
- The company also offers OpenBear and CodeBear, and applies its tech to customer service, marketing, ChatBI, and education.
- It says it serves 500+ enterprise customers, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, with ARR above RMB 50 million.
