Anthropic Updates AI Acceleration Claims

The author initially thought the Mythos system card couldn't rule out the possibility of 2x acceleration, but upon reopening it, found the document had been updated with details worth examining further.
The system card in the attached image emphasizes:
- The document does not believe current evidence supports the claim that "AI brings a 2x acceleration"
- Most identifiable progress can currently be attributed to human researchers rather than AI assistance
- Productivity gains do not equate to proportional improvements in research capabilities
- Major contributions initially appearing to be independently achieved by AI are often found, upon later review, to have more complex attributions and smaller scale
