Agent Coding with Branches and Worktrees

Notes on using agents in code repos, focusing on git branches / worktrees and stacked PRs:
- Default to working on repo branches and worktrees; switch worktree when switching branches.
- For explicit stacked branch/PR workflow, use av; maintain commands like av branch / av tree / av sync / av restore / av pr in each worktree.
- Use gh for branch info, PR, CI, comments, metadata; check dependencies, conflicts, non-main branch overlaps, and target actions before modifying stacks.
- After finishing a change, run local tests, open PR with av pr, then sync/replay affected branches and verify tests when possible.
