akarso: A CLI Tool for One-Click Multi-Platform Publishing

Open-source tool akarso has been released, a command-line interface (CLI) designed for both humans and AI agents.
It allows users to simultaneously publish content to 13 social media platforms, including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads, using a single command. It can be quickly accessed via npx akarso.
