It was reported that Codex exhibited abnormal rate limits today: right after a reset, inputting just a single prompt exhausted the entire week's quota within 1 hour and 12 minutes; even continuously lowering the reasoning level did not noticeably mitigate the consumption.
The author noted that they might have encountered the exact same issue.
