This is a rant: because 'one person ran rm -rf on their home directory,' now everyone has to repeatedly see an obtrusive CYA warning banner.
The attached image shows ChatGPT's 'Full access' prompt, clearly warning that it can run commands, read/modify/upload/delete local files without permission, and warns of data loss and prompt injection risks. The author's point is that while such safety prompts are necessary, their form is too abrupt and disruptive.
