Swedish real estate platform Hemnet uses pre-generated AI images to provide alternative "staging" versions of property photos. Each photo generates two additional styles: a completely empty version with all furniture removed, and a re-staged version featuring a Japanese-Nordic aesthetic. Without lifting a finger, buyers can visualize a property's different potentials, making it an excellent use case for AI image generation driving real estate sales.
