Remastering an Entire Classic Movie with AI

The author used LTX 2.3 to upscale an entire movie from a 4:3 to a 16:9 aspect ratio, applied colorization using Deep Exemplar and ColorMNet, and finally upscaled it with FlashVSR.
This project took about two months, consuming almost all of their free time. To streamline the workflow, they built a custom software called ARP (AI Remaster Pipeline), which essentially wraps ComfyUI and various scripts into a unified frontend to handle restoration, colorization, aspect ratio expansion, and enhancement.
