Rivet Fully Migrates to SQLite

The next version of rivet has completed a minor but crucial underlying migration: all data has been moved from the legacy pre-sqlite KV binary to SQLite.
The author lists the immediate benefits, including:
- Support for PITR (Point-in-Time Recovery) and actor forking;
- Faster startup times;
- The ability to ship future features more quickly and safely.
