Moonshot AI Eyes HK IPO

According to Bloomberg, Moonshot AI is preparing for a Hong Kong IPO as early as six months from now and has already distributed shareholder resolutions to investors to rally support.
The report also notes the company is finalizing a funding round that could value it at over $30 billion. Its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) hit $300 million in June, continuing its growth from $200 million in April. The post further mentions that Kimi K3 has shifted external perceptions of China's frontier model capabilities, accelerating the three-year-old company's push into the capital markets.
